    While we aim to allow 30 minutes for our initial consultation, we understand that some cases take a while to talk through and can accommodate to suit.

  • Do I need to bring anything?

    For the initial consultation, you don’t need to bring anything. Once we get started, we’ll help you wherever we can to get your case organised.

  • Where does a meeting take place?

    We usually communicate over Zoom or a Phone Call. If you’re located in the Brisbane region, we’re always happy to meet face to face.

  • Do I need to get my Med docs?

    As a part of our process, we will help you acquire any documentation that you’ll need to lodge with your claim.
